We’re a private, family-owned investment company led by Boaz Biran, an experienced entrepreneur and avid MTB rider.

Overcoming difficulties and high barriers is in our DNA and this is why we take our name from the notorious K-21 bike trail in the Jerusalem mountains. Since 2008, we’ve been focusing on real estate, and have completed projects in our homeland Israel and all across Europe.

We strive for more than just high returns — we seek to align with high–quality, long–term partners who share our passion for design, aesthetics, and awareness of the urban space and the environment.
